About Dan
I'm not your average wedding pianist.
I learned that I could play by ear at the age of 6, and soon began to get a thrill out of 'figuring out' my favorite songs from the radio and movies. I would go on to become a physical therapist, but 15 years into my career, felt something was seriously missing.
I decided to begin marketing myself as a pianist in 2020, despite not being classically trained, nor having gone to school for music.
Over the next few years, and about 100 weddings later, I realized that none of those concerns mattered. I received positive review after positive review, and saw that my decision was validated tenfold. I've been forever grateful ever since, that I decided to go out on that limb and take a chance.
My favorite part thus far has been when couples reach out to me, asking me if I can bring this dream of theirs to life, and then, surpassing their expectations.
I specialize both in ceremonies and cocktail hours and it would be an honor to play such a beautiful part of your wedding day.

Wedding Ceremonies
Whether you have a lifelong dream of a certain song to be played while walking down the aisle, or you have absolutely no idea where to even begin, I'm here to help.
Upon booking, I typically schedule a zoom call with couples to go through different ideas, to play samples, and to get a basic feel for what type of music the couple would like for their ceremony.
Many people book me for their weddings because they know I can learn all types of music, whether it be a mashup they found on social media, or an obscure song that is typically not heard on the piano.
I play prelude music as guests are being seated, in order to set a romantic tone for the upcoming ceremony. I then transition into the processional, which can include music for anyone from the parents, to the groomsmen, bridesmaids, flower girl, and then the bride.
Cocktail Hours
My vision for every cocktail hour is to play a great mix of music with the goal of having every attending generation recognize some of their favorite songs. A typical cocktail hour is compromised of 20-25 songs. Couples are welcome to pick some of their favorites off of my repertoire list.

It's your wedding, and I'm here to customize. Whether utilizing a fantastic classic, or choosing a unique, obscure, fun, or different tune. I'm here to make it happen for you.
Custom Digital Arrangements
After I began to post sample wedding entrances, people began to notice that I had a unique style, and I began to receive requests from all over the world, to record custom wedding processionals for them. This has been a unique and special way to incorporate my music into weddings when I can't be there live. Each arrangement is customized, recorded, and sent to you ready to go in mp3 form.

If there is no piano onsite, do you have your own equipment?
YES! I have my own portable keyboard that I take everywhere it is needed, including an amplifier for outdoor weddings. Contact me HERE and I would love to help make your special day even more special with my customized music!
Do you do events other than weddings?
Yes absolutely! I do corporate parties, brunches, and any other special events that piano music can accompany nicely. Contact me HERE and let's work together on collaborating my music into your special event.
Can you do both the wedding ceremony and cocktail hour?
YES! It is quite common for me to play at both the wedding ceremony and cocktail hour, but I can do one or the other. Let's connect HERE to ensure you have me booked for your special day!
Do you need electricity for your setup?
I do require electricity for my setup outdoors, as my amp power is electronically powered. I am looking into a battery operated amp, but currently have electric.
